BRONZE STANDING FIGURE OF BUDDHA

This standing Buddha is slender and graceful, It also has a lovely face, with the left hand in form of verada-mudra, the right hand is in abhaya, the face tends to be triangular and at first glance somewhat resembles the sixteenth century. The broad sweeping brow sit well above a straight nose which terminates in flaring nostrils. The eyes resemble grains of rice widely separated from the eyebrows embossed double line incising. The nostril lines are prominent and end in a small smiling bow-shaped mouth, the large lobes touch the shoulders, green patina and malachite incrustation .
